Staying with a group of friends was awesome. We took advantage of the shuttle to/from the Arena during the opera nights, which was super convenient. The hotel is just a short walk to town, perfect for exploring. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety. Definitely recommend it for a fun experience!
However, we found the carpets in our room were old and worn out, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. I loved how comfortable the bed was, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything we needed was right there, and the staff were super welcoming. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit outdated, making the room a bit warmer than I preferred at times.

Exceptional breakfast and convenient location
My stay was delightful, highlighted by the exceptional breakfast that featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll to the train station, making my travel plans seamless. I also enjoyed the cozy bar area, a great spot to unwind after exploring the city. However, the WiFi could be improved, as it was inconsistent during my stay.

The room was elegant and well-equipped, providing great comfort during my stay. The air conditioning was a highlight as temperatures soared outside. However, the common areas showed minor wear and could use touch-ups. While the hotel is a bit distant from the city center, the walk is manageable. just be prepared for limited access to changing facilities after checkout.

The food at the hotel bar was a delightful surprise. we had an excellent salad that made our evening. Plus, the location is handy with great nearby spots like Bar Chiosco and Centogradi for an authentic, local vibe.
However, the breakfast scene was quite a letdown—overcrowded tables and subpar coffee in Italy, really? Also, the lack of basic amenities like a kettle felt stingy for a hotel, especially at these rates.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. A balcony offered nice fresh air. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruits, meats, and cheeses. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel lobby was stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, my room faced the main road and was quite noisy due to traffic. Air conditioning was lacking as it was turned off for winter, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. There were also a few maintenance issues in the bathroom that needed attention. I appreciated the good location, just a short walk to the city center, making exploration easy. I would return, but I would check room positioning first.

The air conditioning control was poor!!! Sleeping with the noisy cleaning staff and thin walls was not enjoyable!!! Maintenance inefficiencies and limited dining options certainly detracted from the experience!!!
